How can I participate in the Loyalty Program?
Our restaurant partners are automatically added to our Loyalty Program and can take advantage of all the benefits that come with it. Your restaurant does not have to take care of any of the costs or additional expenses associated with the program, because guests receive their voucher directly from Quandoo. That means you don’t have to even think about it! In case you would still like to opt out of the program, feel free to send us an email at support.uk@quandoo.com.

How does the Loyalty Program work?
We offer Quandoo users an attractive Loyalty Program that rewards them for frequently making reservations and dining out at our partner restaurants. With each reservation (+100), review (+25), or invitation to friends (+100) made over the Quandoo network, users collect Loyalty Points. After reaching 1,000 Points, users can get 20€ cashback, to be used with the next Quandoo reservation. There are no additional costs for the restaurant, as the entire process is taken care of by us.

Can I delete guests’ reviews for my restaurants or have them deleted?
Unfortunately, you can’t delete guests’ reviews yourself. In any case, if someone leaves a review that you would consider inappropriate, please send us an email at support.uk@quandoo.com.

Can I answer guests’ ratings on the Quandoo Portal?
At the time it’s only possible to see guest’s ratings on the Quandoo Portal. In any case, we will soon be offering partners who have integrated our new Reservation Calendar on their website the opportunity to answer customers either on the Quandoo Portal or in a private message. Until then, we can gladly send you a weekly summary of all new ratings per email. If you’d like that, contact our support team.

How can I upload my menu or change the chef’s choices?
You can upload your menu in the Business Center by clicking “Settings” –> “Menu” –> “+New Menu”. The chef’s choices can be edited by our support team. Send an email with any potential desired changes to support.uk@quandoo.com.

How can I update my photos, texts and opening hours on the Quandoo portal?
Most of the content on our portal site (http://www.quandoo.co.uk) can be changed by our support team. Please send your desired changes to support.uk@quandoo.com. Then we’ll take care of the implementation as soon as we can.
