How important is the information on my Quandoo profile for generating customers?
Think of it as an online business card! The more information your provide to your guests, the more reservations we can generate for you. Therefore send us plenty of pictures of the food you offer and the interior and exterior of your restaurant so that guests can get a feel for your restaurant. Your chances of attracting more guests also increases significantly when you upload a current menu to your portal. As always, the better the quality of the photos, the more guests you’ll attract.
I forgot my password to the Business Center or Business App. How do I retrieve it?
You can reset your password by clicking on ‘Forgot password?’ on https://admin.quandoo.com. A new password will be sent to your registered email address, so you can log into your Business Center or Business App again.
What can I do to generate more reservations?
You can significantly influence the likelihood of more bookings if you present as much information as possible to customers on your Quandoo portal site.
  • Pictures: three to four pictures of the restaurant (interior and exterior) as well as different dishes. These pictures will also be used for online ads, so the better the quality, the more attractive your online presence and the more guests likely to visit your restaurant.
  • Menu: upload a PDF of your current menus, as well as seasonal menus, to the Business Centre.
  • Reviews: the more online reviews you display, the more customers you’ll allure. Request or incentivise your customers to submit a review.
  • Specials: partners, who have specials displayed on their page generate more customers. You’ll also be added to a special discount site
How can I recognise whether a reservation comes from Quandoo or the widget?
All of the reservations you received, as well as their origins, are visible on your invoice.
